With over two decades of experience working across Company Management, Production Management, and Arts Finance, Jen is a dedicated and confident arts administrator.

Her attention to detail and process driven practice ensures the highest standard of financial and administrative operations, including day-to-day financial management, contributing to financial and funding reports, and supporting office and governance requirements. She is a graduate of the Welsh College of Music and Drama. Past roles include Producer of Tinderbox Theatre Company, and extensive freelance production management.
