Aoife is a founding member of the Belfast Ensemble, and has been an artistic collaborator from the outset.

She works regularly as a freelance viola player across Ireland & Scotland, playing with: Ulster Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, Camerata Ireland, Irish National Opera, Northern Ireland Opera, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Scottish Opera, Scottish Ballet, Newry Chamber Music and the Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble.

Aoife has also been fortunate to play and record with a number of popular artists, including Van Morrison, Dionne Warwick, Smokey Robinson, Rod Stewart, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Katherine Jenkins and The Priests!

Aoife acts as Orchestral Associate for the Belfast Ensemble, and manages the recruitment, contracting, and arrangements for our instrumentalists.
